Template License Agreement
Plain-English license summary for one-time Composure source-code template purchases. It governs together with the Refund Policy, which you accept at checkout.
1. One business, one license
Your purchase grants the business named on the order (its employees and contractors) an ongoing, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, worldwide license to use the purchased template's source code.
The license belongs to that single business. It may not be shared with, transferred to, or exercised on behalf of any other individual or company.
2. Build with it freely
You may use the source code to build and operate applications for your business or your clients, commercial or not. Modifications and derivative works you create remain subject to this license.
3. What's included
The full source code of the purchased template, delivered after payment settles, plus ongoing updates to that template for as long as we offer it. Delivery is via installer or private repository access tied to your account.
4. You're buying a license, not the code's copyright
Composure Pro retains all ownership and intellectual-property rights in and to the template source code. You are granted only the permissions described in this license; all rights not expressly granted are reserved.
5. What's not allowed
You may not resell, share, publish, open-source, or redistribute the source code — or substantial components of it — on a standalone basis.
You may not extract components for separate reuse outside an application you build, permit end users of your applications to extract the source code, or use the code to build a competing template, boilerplate, starter kit, or any product that sells the codebase itself.
You may not use the license for more than one business, sub-license, rent, lease, or transfer it, or remove or alter proprietary notices.
6. Delivery is final; violations end the license
Source access is delivered shortly after payment settles. Because access cannot be revoked once granted, all template sales are final — see the Refund Policy.
Violation of this license (including redistribution of the source code) terminates your license and access without refund.
