Refund Policy
This policy is presented at checkout, before you enter payment details, alongside the Template License Agreement.
Source-code templates: all sales final once access is granted
Our templates are digital products whose entire value is the source code itself. You receive complete, irrevocable access upon delivery — issuance of your template license on your account, acceptance of repository access, or your first download, whichever occurs first. Because source code cannot be “returned,” all template sales are final once access has been granted, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued thereafter, except where required by law.
Before purchase, the product page and documentation describe what each template includes so you can evaluate fit.
ACH processing window
Template purchases are paid by ACH bank debit. ACH debits typically take around four business days to settle after checkout. Your license is issued — and source access granted — when the payment settles, not at the moment of checkout. The refund cutoff above is pegged to that access grant, so completing checkout does not by itself end your ability to contact us; the grant of access does.
Delivery failure
If you experience a delivery failure — your payment settled but no access was granted — contact us using the contact details on your purchase receipt within 14 days and we will deliver access or issue a full refund.
EU/UK consumers: withdrawal-right waiver
For consumers in the EU/UK: by checking the express-consent box at checkout you requested immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledged that your 14-day withdrawal right is lost once delivery begins. If that consent was not obtained, your statutory rights are unaffected.
License violations
Violation of the Template License Agreement (including redistribution of the source code) terminates your license without refund.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions may be canceled anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
