A marketing site needed to become a product platform: users sign up before installing, so every “Install Free” button became “Get Started” and authenticated users needed a real dashboard. The blueprint scanned an 891-node graph, read 35 files, ran 18 impact queries, and asked 3 scope questions in 21 minutes — zero agents spawned for code.
Implementation rode the blueprint’s warm cache: 9.6 minutes, 1,332 lines, 16 files created and 12 edited, all in one Opus context at a 99.4% cache hit rate. The cross-cutting CTA change touched 8 components and 5 data objects in a single consistent sweep — zero drift, zero reconciliation pass, 0 TypeScript errors.
