26 min
research to a 13-page live site
Two Design Forge skills in sequence — UX research mining 10 competitors into a 1,802-line brief, then a build that turned it into a full Next.js marketing site: 47 files, 4,244 lines, 13 statically-generated routes, from create-next-app to clean build in 16 minutes.
First the researcher produced two grounding reports — a competitive analysis and a market-intelligence brief, 13,282 words and 35+ citations across 10 competitors — with every design decision pre-made: teal-mint primary, dark-mode default, Geist type, gentle motion, validated pricing tiers. The build phase made zero guesses about positioning or visuals.
Then Design Forge read both reports, loaded its taxonomy with the research’s overrides, and assembled the site: homepage with 8 sections, 5 industry verticals, an interactive playground, and a mid-session refactor from Framer Motion to Radix primitives for real keyboard and focus handling. First clean build at 16 minutes; three rounds of live mega-menu feedback brought it to 26.
Not features for their own sake — measurable leverage on every session.
