The control panel visualizes live Claude Code sessions, campaigns, and tasks. While wiring its live-data API, the model noticed what the first real payload contained.

The panel now shows its own campaign driving itself — control-panel-app Phase F/S4 at 6/9 acceptance, orchestrating the composure session, which is working the in-progress campaign task. That's the WOW, organized-data-backed.
The build itself ran 16 phases and created 126 files across 9h20m active time. At one point the session loaded a plugin version that predated the campaign persistence engine — and said so, rather than pretending:
